\n \nRole Description The Senior Legal Counsel – ERISA / Fintech will provide comprehensive legal support on transactional matters spanning a wide array in the capacity of 'outside general counsel' to fintech platforms and emerging technology startups, including legal advice concerning employee benefit plans, recordkeeping software, financial technology products, and ERISA compliant business structures. This full-time remote role includes drafting and reviewing transactional documents, negotiating contracts, and advising on ERISA compliance for investment vehicles and fintech platforms. The position involves identifying and addressing legal issues related to regulatory requirements, risk management, and governance, as well as preparing clear, client-facing legal advice and memoranda. The Senior Legal Counsel will collaborate directly with clients, support due diligence and deal execution, and help develop practical frameworks for emerging fintech platforms.
