Job Title Spa Manager Woodhouse Spa Location Woodhouse Spa Bryan-College Station Overview As the Spa Manager of our luxury spa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate closely with the Spa Owner to maintain high standards of service and achieve targeted business goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience, drive revenue, and maximize profitability. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled team of spa professionals including therapists, spa concierges, and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and career growth. Guest Experience: Ensure the delivery of curated luxurious spa experiences that exceed guest expectations. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day spa operations including scheduling and reporting. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective promotional strategies. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and packages and Club Memberships. Knowledge of Canva a plus. Compliance and Brand Standards: Uphold the spa standards via fostering standard operating procedures and monitoring adherence to brand luxury standards. Qualifications Experience in a management role within the hospitality or spa industry a plus. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
